Statements
A statement is a self-send whose proof also makes a mint and a threshold public and proves the output note is at or above it. The program writes a statement account:
{ mint, threshold, root, slot, labelHash }Its link opens a page anyone can check against the chain: the account exists, and its root was a Book root.
Viewing keys
A viewing key opens your account read-only. A viewing key carries the owner key, the nullifier key and the viewing secret: it reads holdings, history, spends and sends out, and can never spend — it holds no spend key.
